As a Case Worker within our Contact, Assessment and Resolution Team (CART) contact centre, you’ll be part of a supportive and friendly team working with other social/health care professionals managing incoming enquiries by telephone, online forms and webchat. Your strong, compassionate communication skills will be essential as you assess residents’ needs and provide them with support and guidance to maximise their wellbeing.
